What is your turnaround time?

The standard turnaround time for one page is 12 business hours. Each additional page associated with the same project takes 3-8 working hours, depending on the complexity and specifications of the order. We start work on the project only after all details are crystal clear between the client and the Slice Psd to Html project manager.

How is your work priced?

To keep things simple, we charge by the page. A new page is any page that uses a different layout or provides different content. Just count them up when you place your order.

What types of source files do you accept?

The most preferable source files are layered PSD, PNG files.

We also accept AI/EPS files, but please note that additional time will be needed to convert them into PSD format, and we will require your confirmation of the AI/EPS to PSD conversion.

What browsers do you support?

We create code according to W3C standards, and our markup is displayed correctly in all popular browsers.

How are pages counted when I save the design as a theme?

You still must indicate when ordering the number of pages where the layout changes, even within the theme.
